Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration, for example, by email.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, to the extent required by applicable law.

The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used in the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

Please contact us before returning the goods at thermivosupport@gmail.com to receive the current return instructions.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to bear these costs or legal provisions state otherwise.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
