If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where required by applicable law.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees by us for the reimbursement.

Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs or applicable law requires otherwise.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
